Community Service in Al-Hasahisa:

In line with the goals and philosophy of Al-Jazeera University’s commitment to community engagement, the College of Education in Al-Hasahisa has, since its establishment, undertaken numerous community activities, including:

Training:

1-  Training courses for secondary, intermediate, and primary school teachers in the locality.

2-  Collaboration with local schools by providing them with students for science education.

3- Reviving cultural and academic programs in schools.

4-  Annual training for secondary, intermediate, and primary school students in the College’s laboratories (computer science, chemistry, and biology).

5-  Training courses for police officers and personnel at various times.

College’s Social Relations:

The College maintains extensive and significant social relationships within the Al-Hasahisa city community and the surrounding rural areas. The College is present at all local events.

Hosting Various Local Activities:

With its prime location in the locality, the College is a hub for various institutions, having hosted and continuing to host the following:

1- Institutional activities in its halls. * The local football association’s sports competitions in Al-Hasahisa include:

2- The Sudan Cup competition for first-division clubs in Al-Hasahisa.

3- The second and third division league competitions for local clubs.

4- Matches between various city clubs.

5- The Cultural Forum, in cooperation with the House of Culture.

The college collaborates with these colleges in all activities and participates in all events they organize.

College Development Council:

The college has a development council comprised of prominent figures from the city, directors of official institutions in the city, the college dean, and several faculty members. Through this council, the college has fostered relationships with the community and implemented numerous community service initiatives.
