Laboratories: An Advanced Educational and Technological Environment
The Faculty takes pride in providing an integrated technological infrastructure that supports both teaching and research activities. It houses a number of modern laboratories equipped with the latest technologies.
Currently, the Faculty includes five specialized laboratories containing approximately 250 advanced computers, in addition to a fully equipped maintenance workshop that ensures the continuity and efficiency of all devices.The Faculty is continuously striving to develop and expand its technological infrastructure. As part of its commitment to keeping pace with global advancements, it is currently working on establishing new specialized laboratories in the following fields:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Data Science
- Networking and Cybersecurity
Lecture Halls
The Faculty provides a variety of well-equipped halls designed to accommodate the diverse needs of the educational process, meetings, and various events. Our facilities include:
- Small Meeting Hall: With a capacity of 20 participants, ideal for small meetings and workshops.
- Main Meeting Hall: With a capacity of 50 participants, suitable for major meetings and medium-sized events.
Libraries
Faculty Library: A Center for Knowledge and Research
The Faculty Library serves as a cornerstone in supporting both teaching and research. It provides a quiet and stimulating environment for study and reading, and is designed to be a rich academic resource for students and researchers. The library accommodates up to 200 students simultaneously, allowing them to benefit from a wide range of learning materials.
Library Resources:
The library offers an extensive collection of specialized references and valuable books covering all academic disciplines offered by the Faculty, including:- Mathematics: Core and advanced references in various branches of mathematics.
- Statistics: Books and resources on statistical theories, applications, and data analysis.
- Computer Science: The latest references in programming, networking, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and more.
The Faculty is committed to continuously updating its library collections to ensure access to the latest editions and scientific resources, meeting the needs of both students and faculty members while keeping pace with rapid developments in these vital fields.
Administrative and Academic Offices: A Supportive Work Environment
The Faculty places great emphasis on providing a productive and motivating work environment for all academic and administrative staff. It includes a number of modern and well-equipped offices serving both:
- Academic Staff: Dedicated offices for faculty members, enabling them to effectively perform their academic and research duties, including lecture preparation, student advising, and research activities.
- Administrative Staff: Offices equipped with all necessary facilities to ensure smooth administrative operations and to provide essential support for academic and educational processes.
The Faculty ensures that these offices are equipped with the necessary infrastructure to provide a comfortable and efficient workspace, contributing to the achievement of the Faculty’s educational, research, and administrative objectives.
