Human Resources: The Pillar of Excellence at the College
The college takes pride in having the largest number of faculty members compared to its counterparts across Sudan. Its outstanding human capital serves as the primary driver of success and development. We believe that human resources are the most valuable investment, and therefore our team includes a distinguished group of academic, administrative, and technical professionals.
First: Faculty Members
The number of faculty members at the college continues to grow and develop, reflecting the college’s commitment to providing high-quality education and strong support for research.
Second: Administrative, Technical, and Support Staff
In addition to the teaching staff, the college includes a motivated and supportive workforce that plays an essential role in the smooth running of daily operations and the delivery of the best services. This workforce consists of:

- 15 Administrative Employees
- 2 Laboratory Assistants
- 5 Laboratory Attendants
- 26 Support Staff
All members of the administrative, technical, and support teams—alongside the faculty—are distinguished by a strong “team spirit,” working collaboratively and diligently to achieve the college’s objectives and to provide an ideal academic and administrative environment
