The Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences held a mini ceremony in honor of receiving the batch (41) in various departments. The ceremony which was held at the hall of the higher education at Al Razai Campus attanded by the deputy Vice Chancellor of the University Dr. Mohammed Babeker Al Awad, the deputy dean of the deanship of students affairs, Dr. Ahmed Abdullah, the director of the Quranic center Dr. Ibrahim Abdul Muttalib, the dean of the faculty of medical applied sciences Dr. Mohamed Abdel Moneim and a number of teaching staff and the heads of the departments. The Dean of the faculty considered that this large number of students confirms that the faculty is a pioneer in all the Specializations it is studying and has become attractive to students. The number reached to (400) students to become the largest batch in the history of the faculty. Dr. Ahmed Abdullah spoke about the regulations and general behavior of students, explaning the types of extracurricular activities that are concerned by the Deanship of Student Affairs. At the end of the ceremony, the deputy Vice Chancellor of the University spoke about the great role which played the faculty in serving the community and patients, and stressed that the faculty is moving in the right way. The students of the batch (41) led the oath of nursing in front of the guests.
