The legal arbitrator and the former legal adviser at the Ministry of Justice prof Yasin Omer Yousif , who is a participant in the Constitution of the Sudan for the year 1998-1985, has stressed that the University it has a role and a clear contribution to set up of the forthcoming constitution of the country through its National Committee. In his lecture on the Constitutional Structure of Public Authorities in the forthcoming Constitution, which was presented today at the International hall in El-Razi campoVPus in wad Madani Yassin stressed that the set out of the general principles of the state rule in the constitution is a worthy proposition, pointing out that constitutional stability is one of the most important factors of the stability in the country. The Dean of the Faculty of Law Dr. Kamal El Ameen, announced about to launch the initiative of University of Gezira to participate in the Constitution, based on its efforts in this field, which included Conducting lectures on the system of governance and constitution, how to set out constitution As well as the constitutional structure of public authorities in the forthcoming Constitution. The Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University Dr. Mohammed Babiker Al-Awad,  stressed that theyare in the administration of the University is ready to adopt the sustainability of the legal dialogue platform, stressed for what Professor  “Yasin” said that the Koran is the first constitutions documented, Citing what it contained the surat “Al-Maidah”  from signs for the commitment to contracts and covenants. He pointed to the growing need for re-movement represented by the golden generation of jurists and constitutionalists who painted the features of the Sudanese human biography and formed different paths, some of which are related to the legislation of the economic affair Which takes into account the privacy of non-Muslims in Sudan.
