Department of undergraduate studies
– Supervises all matters related to undergraduate students in terms of follow-up procedures, registration, withdrawal, re-admission, transfer students and petitions.
– Keep the records of the regular university students enrollment in the beginning of each semester.
– Review the academic results of students at the end of each semester and ensure the implementation of Academic Regulations for Undergraduate Studies.
– Keep the academic records for all students at the university.
– Review lists of graduates after approval by the boards of Faculties and submit to the Senate for approval.
