Units
1. Faculty Council Affairs Unit:
This unit serves as the secretariat for the Faculty Council and is responsible for monitoring the implementation of decisions and recommendations made by the Faculty Council and the Scientific Committee, as well as maintaining a permanent record of meeting proceedings.
2. Computer and Magnetic Card Unit:
This unit is responsible for computer operations and preparing the electronic presentations for Faculty Council committee meetings and the Faculty Council itself. It also handles the issuance of magnetic cards to all students, faculty members, and university staff.
3. Quality and Evaluation Unit:
This unit is responsible for quality and evaluation activities and submits reports to the University’s Quality and Evaluation Department. It also acts as a coordinating unit.
4. Statistics and Information Unit:
This unit provides all information on statistics and data related to students, faculty members, and graduates.
5. Administrative and Financial Affairs Unit:
This unit is responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial affairs of the Secretariat, ensuring smooth operations, and providing a suitable working environment for the Secretariat of Scientific Affairs.
