Joint Committee Between University of Gezira and the Nile Bank To push the Investment wheel

The administration of the University of Gezira and the administration of the Nile Bank formed a joint committee to discuss ways to advance the university’s investment wheel, where the committee presents its reports to the University administration and the bank’s administration before proceeding with the implementation of the Selected projects.  The University administration had held a meeting today (Sunday) with a delegation from the Nile Bank (the headquarter and a Wad Medani branch) during which they discussed the possibility of establishing several projects that the Nile Bank administration pledged to finance. The university administration expressed its willingness to allocate a plot of land for the construction of a branch for the bank, where the  the building includes a study hall, and  the Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Mohamed Taha, pointed out that the University’s has a multiple capabilities, adding that its employees possess ambitious ideas that lack funding, so that the Nile Bank administration pledges to provide it after fulfilling the financing conditions. The university administration reviewed a number of projects, including a paper factory, greenhouses, beside the investment in the animal field.  For his part, the principle of the University Dr. Badr Al-Din Al-Sunni,  said that the investment is a way out of the crises that the country is going through, and added: (Our door is open to investment in various fields). El Sunni stated that they were able to purchase buses for the University through bank financing and that they are keen to enter in a partnerships with interested parties to achieve the public interest.   For his part, the Secretary of the scientific  Affairs at the University Dr. Mohamed Al-Amin, noted to the suffering of students during the period of registration and said: (It is better to have multiple windows  for registration). Director of the Nile Bank at Wad Medani branch Ustaz.Tariq Mohammed Ali praised with the meeting’s outputs , noting that agricultural investment is one of the most successful types of investment, expecting that the University will take promising steps in this type of investment, while Ustaz.Mohamed Al Fateh, employee of the Marketing Department headed at the bank promised to harness the bank’s capabilities for  the benefits of the projects which the University administration adopted, explaining that they will also provide all electronic payment services to the University’s employees, and emphasized: (Whenever we receive requests from the Uaqyniversity administration, we will immediately start implementing them).
