Vission
The Department of Examinations and Results at the College of Graduate Studies should be a model to be emulated at the level of Sudanese universities in managing the examinations and results system, through adopting the best academic and administrative practices and standards, and making optimal use of modern technology to ensure quality, reliability and fairness.
Mission
The department is committed to implementing all procedures related to examinations and announcing results for postgraduate students, in accordance with the regulations and systems in place at Al Jazeera University. The department strives to ensure the highest levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity at every stage of the process, from preparing examination schedules to approving, storing, and archiving results, while providing high-quality services to students, faculty members, and academic programs.
Goals
1. Strictly applying the examination and results regulations approved by the College of Graduate Studies and Al-Jazeera University to ensure the integrity and fairness of the procedures.
2. Managing the examination and results process electronically in a comprehensive manner to enhance performance efficiency and minimize human error.
3. Adhering to the academic calendar announced by the college administration and ensuring the timely release of results after all auditing, review, and approval stages have been completed.
4. Maintaining the confidentiality of examination and results data and upholding the principles of academic integrity in all departmental dealings and procedures.
5. Preparing periodic statistical and analytical reports on student results and program performance indicators and submitting them to the college administration to support decision-making and academic development.
6. Providing ongoing training and development for department staff, both administrative and academic, on measurement and evaluation systems and the electronic programs approved by the university.
7. Developing communication mechanisms with students and faculty members to provide prompt and effective services regarding academic results and transcripts.

The Examinations and Results Department at the College of Graduate Studies is a cornerstone of the college’s educational and research processes. Therefore, we bear a great responsibility to uphold academic fairness and safeguard the rights of students and researchers by managing the examination system with precision, transparency, and confidentiality.
Our department operates within a clear institutional framework, adhering to university and college regulations and utilizing the latest electronic systems to ensure procedural integrity and efficiency. We are committed to completing the comprehensive digital transformation of all departmental operations, believing that accurate and timely results are a fundamental right of the student and an indicator of the institution’s competence.
